Recipient policies exchange 2016 not updating
By talking about post migration tasks, what do I mean?
Well, after you’ve successfully migrated all your databases, mailboxes, public folders, send/receive connectors, et al, what’s still left?
For that, in the Outlook Options dialog box, one must first select the Mail tab and within the Mail Tips Options dialog box, select the Policy tip notification check box.
Note that policy tips service is provided to users who send email messages using Outlook 2013, Outlook Web App, or OWA for Devices.
You can create additional contacts folders and choose which of those folders to share.
For example, you can create a contacts folder for a specific project and share it with your coworkers.
Further, policy tips service is not available in Office 2010 or earlier versions of Office.
This procedure displays a policy tip notification to an email sender when some specific conditions are fulfilled.
You can share any of these folders by doing the following: When you use Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with a Microsoft Exchange account, contacts can be shared between people.
Optionally, you can grant them permission to modify the contacts.
Contact sharing works through sharing invitation and sharing request e-mail messages.
Note: If you want to request access to an additional contacts folder that the recipient has created — not the default Contacts folder — you must send an e-mail message asking for permission to access that folder.
The recipient can then send you a sharing invitation for the specific contacts folder.
Mail tips configurations are applicable to each exchange account that is configured in Outlook.
